What is Army GD (General Duty)?
Army GD involves basic infantry work and ground-level defense duties. Under the Agniveer Yojana, candidates are selected for a 4-year service commitment, with the possibility of a permanent job. Eligibility Criteria for Army GD 2026 Exam
Age Limit:

Unmarried male candidates aged 17 ½ to 21 years can apply for the April 2026 online CEE. Candidates born between 01 October 2005 to 01 April 2009 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification:
- 10th with 45% aggregate marks and 33% marks in each subject.

For boards following a grading system, a minimum of a D grade (33-40 marks) in individual subjects or a grade that contains 33% and an overall aggregate of a C2 grade.
