About The CEO
Captain Atul Kulshrestha is a second generation army officer. His father VK Kulshrestha’s services to the Indian Air Force made the nation proud and he became an inspiration for his young son. Captain Atul’s Air force background made him explore the whole country at a tender age as he studied in various schools across India. In 1995 he did his graduation from the very prestigious Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. Later, he did Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hotel Management from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur in 1997.
Before unlocking the realms of Indian Armed Forces Captain Atul traversed the other areas of his interest. He worked with Oasis Cellular in Sales during his Post Graduate days. He also worked in FMCG sales for six months before getting into what he was meant to do. In 1999 Captain Atul joined the Indian Army and commissioned in the Rajput Regiment post completion of training at Officers Training Academy, Chennai. After joining the Regiment of his choice, Captain Atul excelled in military training and various military programs including the ones at very tough terrains of Jammu and Kashmir. His bravery and courage didn’t go unnoticed and he was awarded commendation for his distinguished services.
The officer always knew and understood the power of education hence his stable and decorated army life didn’t stop him from gathering as much knowledge as he could. In 2001 the officer did his Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
In 2006 he moved to corporate life and joined the Fortis Healthcare. In 2008 he moved to Reliance Broadcast. After giving three years to the broadcast he moved one step ahead and started his own consulting firm A&D Consultants.
Captain Atul currently heads Captain Atul Shaurya Academy, established in 2012. The academy trains students for Defense forces. In a short span of time, the academy has already made a name for itself. Our students are in all the three wings of forces and are serving the nation with utmost pride and dignity. We make a soldier out of a man who never fails in battlefield and in life.
Captain Atul is an excellent orator, who never fails to motivate students and his dynamic personality makes it easy for him to reach out to the masses. Students have always considered his experience nothing less than a treasure. Captain Atul has a love and liking for Shaurya, the courage that makes us move the mountains. The courage that makes our dreams come true. The motto of his life and CASA talks just about that “Sarvatra Vijayi Shauryaveer”

Dr. Vanita is a proficient programming personality with enriched innovative ideas based on strong local insights. A leader and a visionary, who envisaged the need for imparting quality education to your threshold.
An alumnus of Faculty of Science, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, she completed her Graduation (in 2001), Post Graduation (in 2003) and Doctorate in Organic Chemistry (in 2007) with a dint of hard work. She scored 100% grade in an online training program on “Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling” through Coursera from Northwestern University (United States).
Her personality reflects the morals and virtues bestowed upon her by parents who played an exceptional role in shaping and making her a better person personally and professionally. Her father Mr. Kailash Chandra Sankhla showed the world his valor by serving in the Indian Air Force, and his emphasis on being self stable and building his own identity made Dr. Vanita do wonders in life.
Dr. Vanita’s insatiable urge to serve the global education community, led her to expand her forte by incepting & launching the idea of Shaurya Digiconnect Pvt. Ltd. as Director & Chief Operating Officer. The shape that this venture is taking is a fruit of her efforts and hard work. The online venture is a part of the very prestigious and trusted Captain Atul Shaurya Academy. She is primarily associated with the strategy, structure, management and operations of the organization. Dr. Vanita’s unique ideas are ready to take over all the big names in the management and online field.
A result oriented professional with more than 15 years of experience in the corporate sector, a great communicator and leader, pertaining radio operations with RBNL, “Vaani Course” certified from All India Radio Jodhpur.
As Content & Communication Head in RBNL, she was deeply involved in providing expert advice and specialist skills with the aim of creating quality shows & IP’s across Rajasthan, MP, Gujarat, Rest Of Maharashtra & Goa that created maximum impact on the consumers. She has been the brain behind some of the most successful shows and spikes like Dharohar with actor Ashutosh Rana, Maru Katha, Simhasth Yatra with Nitish Bharadwaj, Morning Cha with Manav Gohil, Gujarati Folk Studio with Aishwarya Majmudar, Gujarat Ni Vikas Gatha, Big Sawan Queen, Big Memsaab, Big Nanhe Ustaad, Big Dandia Raas, Big Jodi No. 1 which grabbed many eyeballs and applause in radio industry.
Her impressive journey took her from one peak to another by receiving prestigious awards like IRF Award for Actor Calling Actor (2019), IRF Award for Dharohar Show with Ashutosh Rana (2016-2017), IRF Award for Real Estate Innovation (2015-2016), Golden Mike award for Saras Jingle(2013-2014), Best Lyricist for Vadodara Marathon Jingle in Newyork Fest (2015-2016), & Big Radio Active Award.
