| SELECTION PROCESS |

Selected candidates: Selected candidates will get their joining letters and will have to report at AMC for Training, after which they will join the Indian Army as Nursing Assistants. They will perform duties as trained combat medic in the field and allocated to various service hospitals in peace. They will take part in the functioning of MI room, ICU, Laboratory, Radiology and various other wards.
Eligibility Criteria
Indian Army Nursing Assistant (NA) Eligibility.
Age : Unmarried male candidates of age 17 ½ to 23 Years as on 01 October 2025 for April 2025 online CEE. Candidates born between 01 Oct 2002 and 01 Apr 2008 are eligible to apply | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Educational Qualification : The applicant should have studied and passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Minimum aggregate score of 50% and minimum 40% marks in each subject. BSc graduate candidates (Zoology/Botany/Bio-science with English) from any recognized institute can apply. Percentage criteria for 12th is not applied to them. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Physical Qualification : Height (min.) – 170 cm (Subject to residing state and ARO), Weight (min.) – 50 Kg, Chest (min.)– 77 (+5 cm expansion).Relaxation in physical standards will be provided to candidates coming from North Eastern States and Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh. Written Test : The first stage of selection process is the online Common Entrance Examination (CEE).The paper will be Objective in nature and available both in English and Hindi. The paper consists of 50 questions with a maximum of 200 marks (each question carrying 4 marks) to be attempted in 1 hour. Paper will have negative marking and 1 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer, whereas no marks will be deducted for not attempting the question. | Physical Fitness Test (PFT) : Candidates meeting physical standards will progress to Physical Fitness Test of Stage 1 of selection at rally site. The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is Qualifying in nature. They have to clear 1.6 km run, Beam Pull Ups (minimum 6 pull ups), 9 feet Ditch Jump and crossing a Zig-Zag Balance. | ||||||||||||||||||||
| Medical Examination : Candidates clearing the Physical Fitness Test will appear for medical examination. Indian Army wants candidates who are physically fit and mentally strong. Medical Examination will include test for vision and hearing, knock knees, bone deformity, hydrocele, varicocele, piles and other diseases. Unfit candidates will have to appear at MH/CH/BH/GH for specialist review. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Document Verification : Candidates are required to carry certain documents which will be verified at the Rally Venue. Candidates need to carry the documents in original along with two attested photo copies at venue, failing to do so might result in rejection. Please carry the following documents
