IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE KEPT IN MIND FOR CDS (II) 2020 EXAM

The UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION will conduct the Defence Services Examination (II), 2020 at various Centres/ Venues all over India on 8th November 2020. The commission has uploaded the E- Admit card on its official website (http://www.upsc.gov.in). The candidates have to download and get their Admit card print before they enter into the examination hall along with their proof of identity (as entered in the online application and admit card) such as Aadhar card, Pan card, Voter id card, Driving License, Passport or any other government identity card. You must carry a xerox copy of the respective identity card you are carrying with you.

 

E-Admit card should be printed one day prior to avoid the issue of the last-minute hurdle.

In case the photograph isn’t visible, the candidates are advised to carry three identical photographs with them one photograph for each session. The candidates have to carry two black ballpoint pens with them to mark the OMR sheet. Do take note that you reach the examination venue 15 minutes before the commencement of the exam.The entry into the examination venue will be closed 10 min before the exam.

AVOID ACCESSORIES IN THE EXAMINATION SUCH AS CALCULATOR, MOBILE PHONES OR ANY OTHER WHICH LEADS TO A THREAT OF UNFAIR MEANS.

IMPORTANT POINTS:

  1. CARRY YOUR ADMIT CARD.
  2. 3 IDENTICAL PHOTOGRAPHS FOR EACH SESSION.
  3. PROOF OF IDENTITY,
  4. EXTRA PEN SO THAT YOU DON’T GET STUCK WHILE WRITING EXAMINATION
  5. ONE MUST NOT WEAR EXTRA ACCESSORIES.
  6. AVOID CARRYING YOUR MOBILE PHONES IF POSSIBLE.
  7. DO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS.
