JNV Entrance Exam for Class IX
The Navodaya Entrance Exam 2021 Class 9 was conducted on Saturday, February 24, 2021, in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya of candidates’ concerned district or other centres allotted by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya started the admission process for Class 9 on November 4, 2020. The registration process for the admissions ended on December 31 after the last date for submission of online application for Navodaya entrance exam 2021 class 9 got extended.
The Navodaya entrance exam 2021 class 9 was an All India Test started at 10.00 hrs. in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya of the concerned district. The entrance test was taken in both languages, i.e, English as well as Hindi. The result of the Selection Test was declared on March 25, 2021.
The Navodaya Entrance exam 2021 class 9 was an objective as well as descriptive type paper with 03 hours time duration without any break. The Centre for the examination was allotted by the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya of the concerned district.
Navodaya Entrance Exam 2021 Class 9 Pattern:
The entrance test was of two-hour duration and had three different sections. There were 80 multiple-choice questions, worth 100 marks.
- English Subject: This section is of 15 Marks
- Hindi Subject: This section is of 15 Marks
- Maths Subject: This section is worth 35 Marks
- Science Subject: This section is worth 35 Marks
Education in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is free and it includes boarding & lodging, uniform and textbooks, a sum of Rs.600/- per month is collected from the students of Classes IX to XII only towards Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi.

- Certificate to prove that child had studied in an institution/school located in a rural area, for candidates seeking admission under rural quota.
