MNS CBT Exam 2023
The Indian Army has released the official notification for admission to 4 years B.Sc. Nursing course at Colleges of Nursing of Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS). It is mandatory for all candidates desirous of seeking admission for B.Sc. Nursing course at AFMS to qualify the NEET (UG) – 2023 exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Screening Process of MNS Exam 2023
The screening process consists of the following phases:
(a) Shortlisting of candidates:
The shortlisting of candidates will be done through NEET (UG) 2023 scores. The reference numbers of the candidates who are shortlisted for the screening process will be displayed at the website https://joinindianarmy.nic.in. The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for TOGIGE, Psychological Assessment, Interview, and Medical examination at Base Hospital Delhi Cantt. The admit card for the same can be downloaded from the above website.
(b) Verification of Documents:
All shortlisted candidates will be required to produce originals of all documents listed in the admit card at the time of the screening process at Base Hospital Delhi Cantt. In case the candidate does not possess original certificates at the time of screening, she must produce an original receipt from the institution where the original documents are deposited. An undertaking to this effect must also be given by the candidates to produce all original certificates at the time of admission.
(c) Test of General Intelligence & General English (TOGIGE):
Test of General Intelligence & General English (ToGIGE) is a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 40 MCQs of two marks each for a maximum of 80 marks. There will be negative marks of 0.5 for every incorrect answer. The time duration to answer these 40 questions is 30 minutes.
(d) Psychological Assessment and Interview:
All shortlisted candidates will undergo psychological assessment and interview by a Board of Officers at Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt. The board may ask candidates questions on the core subjects up to Std XII, General Knowledge, Current affairs, and their interests, hobbies, etc.
(e) Medical Examination:
All candidates must be medically fit keeping in view, the demands of the duties and responsibilities. All shortlisted candidates will undergo Special Medical Board (SMB) at Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt.
