The Air Force is known for cutting above; its rich heritage, culture and class is well-known to everyone. The Indian Air Force conducts the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) to recruit officers in the Air Force. The exam takes place twice a year, in February and August, to recruit officers for Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC)/ Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches.
