Who is eligible?
Ex-naval apprentices of Dockyard Apprentice Schools of the Indian Navy are eligible to apply for this vacancy notification released for 1531 posts of Tradesman Skilled.
Age (As on the closing date of online applications i.e. 20 March 22)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- Age Relaxation applicable as per Rules.
Educational Qualification
- Essential: The candidate should have passed 10th /Matric from a recognized institution or board
- The applicant should have completed apprenticeship training in the trade for which he is applying
OR
Mechanic or equivalent with two years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy, or Air Force

Selection Procedure
The selection procedure for Indian Navy Tradesman Vacancy is divided into the following phases or stages:
- Screening of applications: In the first step all applications received will be screened
- Shortlisting of applications: After initial screening, applications that fulfill all eligibility criteria will be shortlisted.
- Written examination: Shortlisted candidates will undergo the written examination. The date of the exam is not yet declared. Date, time, and venue of the examination will be communicated to all eligible candidates through e-mail)
