About the Indian Air Force
The Indian Air Force is the air arm of the Indian Armed Forces. The mission of the Indian Air Force is to conduct aerial warfare during war or conflict. It was officially established on 08 October. Since 1950, the Indian Air Force has been involved in four wars with Pakistan. Other major operations undertaken by the IAF include Operation Vijay, Operation Meghdoot, Operation Cactus, and Operation Poomalai. The President of India is the Supreme Commander of the Indian Air Force. Recently, the Government has introduced a new model for recruitment in the Indian Armed Forces known as the Agnipath Scheme or Tour of Duty (ToD). Agniveer Vayu Science (X Group) – Scheme of Examination
The online examination for Agniveer Vayu Science is a one-hour test that consists of three sections namely, Physics, Mathematics, and English. It comprises 70 questions. Each question carries 1 mark. For every wrong answer, a 0.25 mark is deducted. The composition of the test is as follows:
