Army Recruitment Rally Notification

Indian Army has released a notification for Army Recruitment Rally for eligible male candidates of districts Bahraich, Balrampur, Bareilly, Budaun/ Badaun, Farrukhabad, Hardoi, LakhimpurKheri/ Lakhimpur, Pilibhit, Sambhal, Shahjahanpur, Shravasti and Sitapurof Uttar Pradesh State. Rally will be held from 07 Jun 2021 to 30 Jun 2021 at Rajput Regiment Centre Fatehgarh. The vacancy is for Soldier General Duty (GD), Soldier Technical Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical, Soldier Tradesman (10th pass and 8th pass).
Interested candidates will have to register online from 08 April 2021 to 22 May 2021. Admit Cards for the rally will be sent through registered e-mail from 23 May 2021 onwards. Candidates should reach the venue on given date and time as mentioned in the Admit Card.

Eligibility Criteria
| Age | Soldier General Duty (GD) is 17 ½ -21 years born between(both dates inclusive) 01 Oct 2000 to 01 Apr 2004 while that for all other categories is 17 ½ -23 years born between 01 Oct 1998 to 01 Apr 2004. |

Qualification |
For Soldier General Duty (GD) – Class 10th/ Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject is mandatory.Soldier Technical- 10+2 Examination Pass inScience with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in each subject.Soldier Nursing Assistant- 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Minimum aggregate score of 50% and minimum 40% marks in each subject. BSc graduate candidates (Zoology/Botany/Bio-science with English) from any recognized institute can apply.Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical- 10+2 with English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping with 60% aggregate and 50% in each subject.Soldier Tradesman – Class 10th simple pass (for Chef, Dresser, Washer Man and Steward) and Class 8th simple pass (for sync House Keeper and Mess Keeper) |
| Physical Qualification | Height – 169 cm for Soldier General Duty (GD), Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Tradesman.And 162 cm for Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical.
Weight – 50 kg for Soldier General Duty (GD), Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical. And 48 kg for Soldier Tradesman. Chest- 77 cm for Soldier General Duty (GD), Soldier Technical, Soldier Nursing Assistant, Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical and 76 cm for Soldier Tradesman with minimum 5 cm expansion for all. Additional Relaxation might be granted to wards of service men/ex-servicemen/war widow and exceptional sports person. |
| Physical Fitness Test | The Physical Fitness Test (PFT) will be of 100 marks divided as 60 marks for 1.6 km run ( for candidates coming in first enclosure) and 40 marks for Beam Pull Ups ( maximum of 40 marks for 10 Pull Ups) and two qualifying events of 9 feet Ditch Jump and walking over a Zig-Zag Balance.
For Soldier Technical Clerk/Store Keeper and Nursing Assistant categories, candidates only need to qualify in PFT. |
| Medical Examination | Candidates clearing the Physical Fitness Test will appear for medical examination. Indian Army wants candidates who are physically fit and mentally strong. Medical Examination will include test for vision and hearing, knock knees, bone deformity, hydrocele, varicocele, piles and other diseases. Unfit candidates will have to appear at MH/CH/BH/GH for specialist review. |
| Document Verification | Candidates are required to carry documents which will be verified at the Rally Venue. Candidates need to carry the following documents in original along with two attested photo copies at venue, failing to do so might result in rejection. Please carry the following documents-
