Document Required for Indian Army Recruitment 2023-24
The Indian Army conducted the online CEE (Common Entrance Exam) to recruit Agniveer GD, Clerk, Technical, Tradesman (10th and 8th pass) and Indian Army Nursing Assistants in April 2023. The second phase i.e. the physical and medical examination is going on and some AROs and ZROs have declared the final result. Now, that the final result is declared candidates have to report to their respective AROs for final documentation and preparation of the joining letter. In this post, we provide the list of Army final documents required that successful candidates must carry in original while they report to their ARO for final documentation.
Indian Army Documents Required
Here is the list of documents that all successful candidates must carry in original when they report to their respective ARO for final documentation and preparation of the joining letter:
(a) Secondary School Certificate and Marksheet (10th Certificate and mark sheet)
(b) Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary Certificate and Marksheet (12th or 10+2 Certificate and mark sheet)
(c) Higher Qualification/ Degree Certificate & Marksheet (as applicable).
(d) Affidavit duly round stamped and signed by Executive Magistrate/ Sub Divisional Magistrate.
(e) Domicile, Age & Nationality Certificate and Residence Certificate issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate (DM) / District Collector (DC).
(f) Caste Certificate duly signed by Tehsildar/ Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM)
(g) Character Certificate from SP (Superintendent of Police) Office valid for six months from the date of issue.
(h) Character Certificate signed by Village Sarpanch/ Headmaster/ Principal of a recognized School/ College valid for six months from date of issue.
(i) School/ College Leaving Certificate/ Bonafide certificate with Photo issued by Educational Institute Studied Last/ Passed High School Examination.
(k) Unmarried Certificate with a photo signed by Village Sarpanch valid for six months from the date of issue.
(l) NCC, Sports, ITI & ‘O’ Level IT Certificate (as applicable).
(m) LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) License (if held).
(n) PAN Card & AADHAR Card.
(0) Copy of Bank Account Passbook.
(p) Copy of Ration Card.
(q) Father’s ID Proof/ Death Certificate in case not alive.
(r) 16 (Sixteen) latest passport size photographs of size (3.5cm x 5cm).
(s) 03 (Three) family photographs (size 4′ x 6′).
(t) Photocopy of AADHAAR Card of all Family Members.
