Agniveer WMP Notifications Released
The Indian Army has started the recruitment process under the new Agnipath scheme. In this regard, all ZROs have released official notifications for the recruitment of Agniveer WMP (Women Military Police). What is Agnipath Scheme?
The three military services, namely the Army, Air Force, and Navy, have undergone a revolutionary change in the recruitment system. The Government has rolled out a new model for recruitment in the Indian Armed Forces called the Tour of Duty or the Agnipath Scheme. Under this recruitment model, personnel recruited in Indian Armed Forces will be called Agniveers. Agneepath Yojana or Agnipath Recruitment Scheme is a revolutionary initiative by the Government of India, wherein youths of 17 and a half years to 21 years will serve the country by joining the Armed Forces for 4 years through a transparent process.
On completion of the service period, they will receive a tax-free service fund package of Rs. 11.71 lakh to make them financially secure. Recruitment in all three services, namely, Army, Navy, and Air Force, will only be through the ToD route. The four-year tenure will include six months of training and three and half years of service.

Eligibility Criteria for Agniveer WMP (Women Military Police)
The conditions of eligibility for Agniveer WMP (Women Military Police) are as follows:

Note: The upper age limit has been relaxed from 21 years to 23 years as a one-time measure for the Recruiting Year 2022-23.
Documents required
Candidates need to carry the following documents to the rally site in original as well as two attested copies of each document:
- Admit Card
- Photograph (at least 20 copies) – The photograph should be recent (not more than 3 months old), and taken on white background.
- Certificates of educational qualification and date of birth
- Domicile certificate
- Caste certification
- Religion certificate
- School character certificate
- Character certificate issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation
- Unmarried certificate
- Affidavit on Rs. 10 stamp paper as per the required format
- Single bank account details
- PAN card
- Aadhar card
- Police character certificate
- Residence proof issued by Sarpanch / Nagar Sewak
- Covid 19 vaccination certificate
- Relationship certificate
- NCC Certificate
- Sports certificate
- Certificate in support of claiming bonus marks in the Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
- No claim certificate as per the required format.
