About Sainik Schools

Sainik Schools are run by the Sainik School Society. It is an autonomous organization functional under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. At present, a total of 33 Sainik Schools are operational across different states of India. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Sainik School Entrance Exam in January 2023 for academic session 2023-24. Every year thousands of students dream to make it big and secure their seats in one of the Sainik Schools. However, only a few can finally make it.
